Machinery Diagnostics — Teaching Lab Equipment

The Sangari MS series is a complete teaching platform for condition monitoring and vibration analysis of rotating machinery. The MS700 base unit is a compact rotor test stand with a precision-machined shaft, flexible coupling and variable-speed motor, equipped with accelerometers, velocity pickups and a computerised vibration analyser. A family of plug-and-play experiment modules attaches to the base and targets specific fault modes: brake and load, elastic shaft, shaft-crack detection, roller-bearing faults, coupling misalignment, belt-drive vibration, gear damage, crank mechanisms, pump cavitation, fan vibration, and electromechanical vibrations. Each module aligns with the fault categories covered by ISO 10816/20816 and the standard predictive-maintenance curriculum. Measurements are performed in the time and frequency domain with a dedicated software package, making the platform equally suitable for an undergraduate vibrations course and a certified condition-monitoring training programme.
