A set of
five instrumented point-loads that snap onto the roadway of a bridge or beam experiment. Each load carries an electronic module that reports its own position — encoded as a 4-bit binary (Gray) code along the roadway — and its applied force to the
ST500 host software. Individual loads can be placed freely or combined, and in software they can be stepped along the roadway to emulate a
moving load — a natural route into influence-line analysis of bridges and continuous beams.
